When she walks past-she lowers her head as she passes me(She's the only girl who does this in the office-no one else does),other times she smiles and we make eye contact. GOOD SIGN???
When her friends walk past-they sometimes look at me+smile+stop talking.Then they suddenly start talking again as soon as they pass me!!!The same happens during lunch occasionly.GOOD SIGN???
I sent her a valentine card(don't know its me) and my mate said that her friends were talking about it. The next day she sat at a table(which was empty) behind me at lunch, even though she passed 5-6 empty tables to get there!!!We just kept looking at each other,smiling and making eye contact.A coincidence???GOOD SIGN???
Not spoken to her yet-work in different departments, I don't deal with her at all.How can I get talking to her??

It sounds positive, I think you should offer to buy her lunch, since it seems you both have the same lunch period. You could also get up and move to her table during lunch when she sits close to your table. Please be careful with open gestures on the job they can be confused with sexual harassment. It would be a good idea if during a light conversation tell you interests and see if she has the same, she may suggest an event or outing and then you can take the lead.
Also you can see if they are any company events and offer her a ride or make a suggestion that she goes.
My suggestion is to keep your coworkers out of your "relationship" as much as possible. There is nothing worse than office drama.
Start with a smile and a pleasant "hello how are you" this will break the ice to see if she is someone you would like to date.

il do you a big favor go up to her and ask her can you take her out for a drink because lifes to short to be arsing around take her to a concert then a nice wine bar im sure shel like this.
but be careful relasionships in work are dogy but if you feel alot for her go for it lad dont be shy sometimes a woman just wants you to grab her and wisk her off her feet

don't fart around, if you like her ask her out, if you don't don't.
