There were moments; Ellen was good, and I loved the tumblers behind the curtains doing their weird shapes. Seeing Jennifer Hudson, Martin Scorsese and Forrest Whitaker win was also good. But mainly, the show was just too long. And a lot of those movie montages didn't make any sense, they just took up time. They could have cut those out, cut an hour and a half off the show, and it would have been much better.

The bit with Will Ferrell, Jack Black and John C. Reilly was entertaining. Can't think of anything else that was really good.
