If it comes up in Internet Explorer, then change the start page for IE Tools/Internet Options/General Tab set the home page.
If it comes up as a separate window warning about the link, if it is a valid company you may need to uninstall the software. Otherwise it may be spyware you picked up while surfing and need to run a cleaning program.

Is this by any chance something that tries to warn you you've been attacked by a virus? Quite possibly it's spammed malware trying to frighten you into buying their software - that's happening a lot at the minute.
Try downloading Ad-Aware SE Personal & Spybot S&D (both free), either or one of these should bowl it out.
