I don't think he is doing coke again, but I do believe he is drinking, and that may affect his reasoning.

totallY!! Heck yeah! You know what also affected his decision making? Smoking dope, and putting his pubic hair in his drinks. Trust me man, those things can really affect your decision making. Man.... I am telling you, bush does a lot of weird stuffs, last time he went to a store and broke all the stuffs, but he didn't have money, so he offered them his pubic hair. That was funny. A lot of things happened to him over the years. Yes, he might be a drunk and a stupid guy, but we have to accept the fact that he takes our money and spend them on killing people. I think the only nice thing he did is do drugs, so now there is less drugs for people out there to use. Go bush!

As for your question, Bush has been a failure all his life. You can't blame it on his cocaine use or even the alcohol.
I think its probably a defective gene somewhere in his family tree.

This is a silly question. Do you realize how many CEO's of fortune 500 companies used more than him or currently use? Do you realize the number of wealthy individuals that currently use? Yea, sure misuse and abuse effects a person but there are obvious signs and symptoms. If you know anything about drug usage you would know better. Please do your homework then ask questions that you really want answered rather than attempting to mask your one sided bashing.
