I cant sign in to check my hotmail email. I've entered my usual password with no spelling mistakes but it keeps saying incorrect password. I've tried to reset my password be sending an email message to my alternative email but that email has not come for days, I've checked in the junk mail folder too. I've also tried to answer my secret question but I forgot the answer to it. I believe that someone hacked into my acount, changed my password so i cannot login, my alternative email address and the answer to my secret question. I've contacted MSN about this but they have not replied for days. Please help!

Make sure your caps key is off when typing in password. Try resetting password again, and check ur alternative email. Make sure your typing in password correct. If you think someone has your password, you may have spyware or a keylogger on your computer. go to www.lavasoft.com and download a free scanner. Also google "spybot" search and destroy. Run these programs and see what comes up. Then try to change your password from another computer. Infection of your computer seems possible. If you go online banking, make sure you change those passwords also, from a different safer computer.

make sure caps lock isn't on and number lock is. Fai.ing that it seems someone logged into your account. If you look under hotmail Uk, in the bottom right hand corner it says customer care. Click on that, then scroll down to complaints on the left hand column, click on that. Good luck.

When was the last time you were able to sign in?

Hotmail loves to delete inactive accounts. It's without warning other than when you first sign up.
