Nope, hair length has little or no effect on intelligence. I seem to recall a very old study where warmer brain temperatures helped the brain to function better, but haven't seen any confirming studies.

The less hair on the head, the more hair inside. I let my hair grow long to be wise and think free.

Actually, it's the opposite... I don't really have scientific proof, but my dad knew someone who dropped out from school early with really long hair, and was really smart and was programming a bunch.
Then he got a haircut and lost his programming skills.

yes, because it shows you know how to save money,, less shampoo, less conditioner, less electricity to dry your hair, Plus less time spent doing all of the above
