how can i shrink my viewing page to fit in the screen. I have to scroll right and left just to read my email?

Change your screen resolution. Windows... right click on your desktop, select Properties, then select the Settings tab, and then adjust the slider bar to something like 1024x768 or 1280x1024.

Just go to Control Panel

Click on DISPLAY

Now click on APPEARANCE

Look at the bottom where it says FONTS Click on the little arrow which displays the window where it will offer three sizes ,Normal, Large Size or Exra Large size.

Now click NORMAL Now click APPLY, then OK and return to your desktop. Likely all things will be normal size including your e-mail. Let us hear if it works. Good luck. Ronmac60
