what about Corporate Annual reports (the glossy ones not on form 10K)

I don't mean are they publicly available. I mean are they without copyright, so that they may be freely republished.

Many documents filed with the SEC are in the public domain. They can be accessed in a number of ways - (1) from the companies themselves, (2) edgar online, or (3) financial websites ( http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=MSFT ) .

(I cannot say that every document is in the public domain as there may be ones of which I am not aware.)
