Sure you can it's called (Net Meeting) you can find it in your XP or 2000 what ever OS your running...but it will allow you to send files to one another... here are two link's that will go into further details..Good Luck
1.Go to this link first, it will show you how to install it ( remember your friend must also download net meeting in order to share files)
