It goes without saying that the greatest love in the world is between mother and child. A child is a part of mother's flesh and God has put this natural love in the hearts of the mothers. When a child is born, immediately the mother starts creating loving feelings for the child, which was not there even a second ago before she gave birth to. A mother bears all the pains, works hard day and night in the upbringing of the child and so she deserves the best love from the child. This child therefore gives his best love to his mother and it is God who creates love in the hearts of children for their mothers. When the child gives his best love to his mother, he is left with a lesser valuable love for the other friends, girl friend or a boyfriend, whoever it be. Its really great being a mother. So my vote goes for mother and child love.

Good question. Three are great, none is greatest to one other.
Love between Mom and Child is greatest till that child became major OR till the child matures.
Love between Two Friends is greatest till they married.
Because when the child matured (in true way), he/she starts to suppress some doubts from their mother (mainly about sex relations in India).
But friends share every thing including sex doubts and their love towards opposite sex.
When the friends got married or really fallen in love with one another, they frankly share their emotions and every thing after marriage.
So the love between "Mom & Child", "Two friends" and "A Boy & A Girl" are great at it's own point of life.

I think a mother and child. Because in a sense the child is a part of the mom and that bond can never be broken. Whereas, friends can go their separate ways, and b/f and g/f can break-up. I know you can get in an argument with your mom and some people don't have that relationship, but you can never deny that you have a mother.

It is the love between a Parent and their Child............. not necessarily between a Mother and Child! The bond between Fathers and their Children can be equally as strong.

We could call it emotinal interaction. Our emotional interaction with our with our mother, father, brother, sister, friend, lover may vary with our sincere desire for oneness with that particular person. And that interaction is always bonded by love. It's abstract. No one can take a bigger piece of love from us unless they give a similar propotion of love to us.
