Trust me, one day you will look back on this experience and laugh at yourself for wasting so much of your precious time, worrying about things you had no control over at all.

You just have to pull up your socks and move on to the next relationship in your quest to find the perfect lover. Life goes on. You have to move on with it.

Present moment is inevitable. You have to play with it. Don't waste it by holding on the past moments. They are dead and gone.

What would I do to get over this heartbreak? I would chalk it up as an experience and work on my next one. Think about the fun!

After all, what is life but a vagrant adventure anyway, right?

Easier said than done, and not much comfort in the early days, but time is a great healer.
Start a new chapter in your life, close the old one, and look forward. Find something new to do, however trivial it may be, it will take you mind off other things that are holding you back.

I think you should try to take one step at a time and try to focus your energy on something else.
I personally think that you don't get over heartbreak, you learn to live with it, beside it and around it. Then you wake up one morning and it doesn't seem quite so torturous. This may take a while - don't be too hard on yourself, let nature take it's course.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. XXX.

Think positive and remember;

If you had your heart broken it means you were lucky enough to have had a true love. Many people never experience that.

You never get over it. You get past it.

It becomes part of who you are, you can't forget about it, it will cross your mind now and then for the rest of your life, and thats a good thing.

You need a {{HUG}}.

Get involved in something absorbing and challenging to take your mind of it. It helps.

Other than this, I can only offer my sympathy ... and hope you feel better soon.
