whats the point of a bee having honey? do they eat it or what? also, if we steal it how do they survive???

It is their food store for the winter. it is also used
for surviving periods of weather during which they
can not forage, and is fed to the adult bees and
larvae. Honeybees in the tropics store less honey, because they do not need a winter food
supply, though they may need some for long dry
periods.

Because the bees often store more food than they
really need for the winter, our taking some of the
supply does not necessarily do them any harm.
Beekeepers may feed their bees sugar water in
winter if they have taken a lot of the honey store.
The entire store that the bees have is never taken
by a bee keeper.

it's the bee's food.they eat it.they make another one.
