Libs always tell us that they make decisions based on FACTS, which can be understood only by examining all evidence --- not just the words spewed by Democrats in Washingon.

The evidence on global warming is NOT just words spewed by Democrats. The opposite is more true. Most of the so called evidence for Conservatives is words spewed by Hannity and Limbaugh and those people believe 100% without any further investigating. Actually, without any investigation at all. I will be glad to read the book you indicated.

Sure. I read a book about Reagan. He was in my opinion, the last great President we had. Took down the Berlin Wall and ended the Cold War using diplomacy......He would be rolling in his grave if he could see what Bush has done to the country. I was raised in a conservative household, but associate my views more with liberals now. I am supporting Obama, as I think he has a great love for our country and a great view of what America could be if we all worked together.

If there is some literature saying that we can all drive our Hummers and spew ozone depleting gases into the atmosphere forever with no consequences, then yeah, I'd love to read it. What section is it in? Fantasy? Science Fiction?

The screed to which you are referring was written by Christopher Horner. Horner is an attorney (aka Professional Liar). He is NOT a scientist.

I read part of the book. All Horner does is dance around the issue. He never addresses any of the core issues of GW. Attorneys always do that when they don't have a case, hoping to dupe the more dimwitted jurors.

I just looked at a few websites, and I don't think I'm inclined to trust the word of a fellow of the CEI.

What book is this? Are its claims backed up by scientific evience? If not, then I won't waste my time.

EDIT: I've looked at it, and noticed that:
1) It's not written by a scientist
2) It has a political motive

Now, how likely is this to contain fact?

sure I will, but ehhh you know your talking about a book written by a lawyer on a scentific subject. And from the description on the back a very poltically motivated agenda.

I've already done my homework. I was a skeptic until a year ago when the evidence became overwhelming.

Interesting that the first reviewer is a conservative chrsitian.......
