When you say something meaning the opposite of what you say. For example... "Oh yeah, he's real fun" but you really mean he is totally lame.

it comes from the Greek word sarkasmos, and means: sneering, jesting, or mocking a person, situation or thing. It is also associated with irony, but its ofen used in a humorous manner. Sometimes people of sarcasmas the expression of concealed anger or annoyance.

well i don't know what scarscam is...but i do know what sarcasm is. It's when someone says something that is "smart" or jokingly, in a serious manner.
