Do you have a drain outside the kitchen door? We have a drain that has a sediment trap in it that means water can sit in the trap and stagnate. When we run a tap or empty the sink it disturbs the stagnant water a produces a smell worse than that which my dog can achieve after eating a couple of cans of pedigree chum. The only method i have found that helps is to pour drain cleaner down every now and then. Hope this helps.

Have you cleaned your washing machine lately?????
Detergent contains fat, fat stays in machine, goes rancid, STINKS.
To clear this, go to Asda/Tesco, get a bag of washing soda, 55 pence ish, put the whole bag in the washing machine, real hot wash. Dont look in machine while this is happening, embarrasing!!!! Mine was real nasty, took 2 bags of soda, sweet as a nut. This also cleans your drains spotless.

Check the washing machine is plumbed in correctly and the dirty water is going through a wastepipe trap on emptying.
