Does any one Read ARTEMIS FOWL who knows what the weird writing means(codes)?

What do the weird sqiggly lines under and on top of the smbols mean? WHAT do the Squiggly means HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. If you have the Artemis Fowl Files book, you'll see a decoder there.

2. If not, go to http://artemisfowl.com, and play the "What would Artemis Fowl do?- Decoder Game", and there will be a decoder. (Find the link at the bottom left hand side.)

I don't know what the weird writing means but I know how to find a decoder. Go to Borders and you can find a book with Artemis Fowl extras. I wrote down the code to use later. The writing supposedly tells the message of the book or something like that.
