The racial profiling system isn't that effective anyways, which is why the National-Union desires to rid the discriminative procedure. There are numerous of citizens that are pulled over and rights violated by police departments practicing this enforcement. A terrorist can be anyone, which means that our system must be a modified system that all citizens are required to comply with. A citizen should report the actions to their local court, refer to their public defender, and their State's Constitution before considering a lawsuit, http://www.voteprimous.com

You have to speak to an attorney obviously and prove that you were a victim of racial profiling...

If a cop sees drugs in the area and pulls you over ( doesn't matter what race you are ) and finds something ...thats not racial profiling ...

Well, I reckon that is something that you just have to deal with. If you look like a thug (BLACK or WHITE) then that must be a price you're willing to pay. Tell me who hasn't actually "profiled" someone in one way or another. Which hitch-hiker would you be more likely to pick up: the straggly, dirty one with the ripped clothes or the clean-cut, well dressed man with the white smile. We ALL judge books by their cover. Deal with it. No ones better than anyone else.
