I called and have spoken to 2 realtor. One realtor has showed us 3 houses. But the other realtor is still calling me. Is it wise to stay with one realtor? Or should I be talking to the Realtor's who's name is one the sign in front of the house? Will it make your realitor mad if you go thru a different agent...Just have them all calling me, and dont know anything about purching a home since this will be our 1st home. Its like one is telling me one thing, and the other is sayin "oh no"..you dont have to do this or that...Any help would be appreciated so much...How do you know if you have a good one? Its scary buying a home and not knowing what everything is...thanks for reading, and your advice would really make me feel alot better. just need some input from the other side...the buyer..

I opinion is I think you should stick with one Realtor, the Realtor who's name is on the sign in front of the house is working for the people who are trying to sell the house so they are going to try and get the best deal for THEM not you. You need to get a Realtor that is working for you , who has the best interest of YOU in mind

First, you really need to sign a buyers rep. agreement. All realtors work for the seller unless you get a buyers rep. Then they work for you and still get paid by the seller. Get them to pull some comps of the area you like so you can see what things have sold for per square foot. Don't call a bunch of different realtors. There is no point making them all work when you will end up using one. Any realtor can find out all the information on any home listed in that MLS. Find one you like and stick with that person. Ask questions...find out how long they have been in business. Just make sure they are working for you. Make them earn your business. Hope this helps. Happy house hunting!!

Use one Realtor. It is in your best interest. However not all Realtors are good. Just like in any service industry some are less competent than others. I would compose a list of questions and "interview" each Realtor to see how they will provide you with the best service. You can check out my website for a list of questions that may help you. Also do not rely on the Realtors that are selling the houses because their main concern is protecting their sellers, not protecting you. This is where having your own Realtor will benefit you also.

I am in the middle of purchasing my first home right now. I can tell you that life will be much easier if you just pick one realtor that you can trust. If the first realtor you meet seems to be a good person, that you feel won't jerk you around, then go with them and stick with them. If you develop a relationship with one realtor, and they know that you will use them to purchase a property, they will more than likely go the extra mile for you and help you get exactly what you are looking for at the best deal possible.

It also doesn't matter which realtor you use to buy the home. My realtor was able to show me any home that I wanted to see, even if it wasn't listed with her real estate company. They also have access to MLS listings and can show you any of those properties the minute they show up on the market.

Hang in there. It gets easier.

First, you incredibly ought to desire to sign a clientele rep. settlement. All realtors artwork for the broker till at last you get a clientele rep. Then they artwork for you or maybe with the undeniable fact that gets a value by the broker. Get them to tug some comps of the section you like so which you will discover what themes have presented for in line with sq. foot. do no longer call a set of distinctive realtors. there's no component making all of them artwork as quickly as you will ultimately finally end up using 1. Any realtor can discover out all the information on any abode listed in that MLS. discover one you like and stick to that distinctive. Ask questions...discover out how long they have been in enterprise. in basic terms be certain they're working for you. lead them to earn your company. want this helps. happy abode finding!!

Just pick one Realtor. Do not call the agent on the sign, find one who will work for you. The one on the sign works for the seller. The best part is the seller pays your agent as well
