You arent going to make it anywhere in the hospital without some college, except for maybe janitorial. You have to have some college taken, which can be done during high school, such as the Certified Nurses Aide Course, or the Certified Med Aide Course. However, nothing short of an RN (Registerd Nurse), which is a complex 2 year post high school program will get you into the E.R.
Being a C.N.A, however, you could get put in a hospital wing to do thigns like, pass ice, answer call lights, get vitals, take people to the bathroom, turn and change people who cannto to it for themselves, etc.

they probaly won't offer anything that would have you dealing directly with patients. maybe running/messenger types of jobs would be available to you. if you have computer skills, they may hire for er admitting. give them a call. you'll never know until you try. good luck
