I don't think any human race is smarter than any other. We may have smarter communities of people because of educational benefits and opportunites, etc. But its not on a racial basis.

I worked with quite a mix of nationalities, and there were smart and dumb in all of them. It bothers me that people are so ignorant as to believe that another race is smarter than theirs!
