I have had the same problem. If you remove the battery for 5 minutes and put it back in it should work. This is the only solution that I have come up with. I have had to do this 3 seperate times and I have my MP3 for 6 months.

Do you've an older computer? lots of the older USB ports don't have a "warm" connection (which means they in effortless words move documents, no longer cost). try a diverse port or look at your consumer's guide..worst case, acceptable purchase is clearancing out truly some AC Adapters (any adapter that has a USB connector ought to grant you with the outcomes you want, regardless of if the wire that comes with it isn't an similar type as your participant). it really is conceivable that there is an subject with the connector of your participant, yet when it synced music to it, it really is fantastically unlikely. reliable success!

If there is a hold switch make sure it is turned off so it can charge if not you can send it back to the company and they should replace the player or fix it.

it might be so dead that you need to just leave it alone for a few days while it chrges...have you tryed plugging it in in an outlet to charge? is it the kind that have changable batteries or the better ones that only charge from a plug? cuz if its the battery king then obviouslt my guess would be the batteries. um try calling the person who sold it to you...and bring it in....

you might have to get a new battery... sometimes if one is overcharged or gone dead to many times, it kills the battery faster
