Yup ABC distrubuting, also Lakeside I believe it is lakeside.com.
Yes you ahve to have a business but you can make one up. I did I pretended I had a clenaing business. Made up a name and that was it.

No, with credit cards, most vendors are allowing the credit card companies to take the risk.

ABC Distributing is one that I use. But you have to have your own business in order to purchase from them
