Here's an example: "Look at that grey house down the street; the people who live there must be very house proud because the yard is beautifully maintained with many gorgeous flowers, the windows are always clean, the driveway is swept and there's a pretty wreath on the door". As you can see it's a complimentary statement about someone's pride in their home.

it seems to be a compliment, coz the word wen goes wit any word, then it means like givin a compliment.

I think it means being proud of your home.
