Find a nice calming place to sit and relax.Start writing a list of all the things you should be thankful for..Most people harp on all the things we don't have, instead of focusing on all the things we do have.Tell yourself at the end of each day ( I DID MY BEST), it's really all anyone can do..take a deep breath when you find yourself feeling angry, ask yourself, is getting mad now, worth the effort, time, and raising my blood pressure which will kill me faster?Any time I feel bad , angry or sad I think of a woman I know who lost her daughter in a car accident..She called her husband, who was on trip with their son to tell him of the accident.On the way home a drunk driver struck her husbands pickup killing both her husband and son..This poor woman had to bury her whole family , and at the funeral she said these words. Do not cry for me, do not feel sorry for me ..For I was lucky enough to know 3 of the most loving happy people in the world. We sometimes think our lives are so bad until we meet someone who has had it worse..

Read HGTG again. Be happy, always have a fresh towel, and look busy. The question is unkown, expectations are like the question that is asked, there is no right or wrong answer, so be happy, enjoy the day for the day it is, laugh at yourself when you can no longer find any others to laugh with.

I am 59. Get over it. Angry all the time at others? Who are you to be so superior? Don;t put your expectations on others unless they are your employees. If they are and don't meet your expectations, fire them. If not, who are you? Keep getting angry all the time and you will find out what lonliness is. A pissed off old coot in a retirement home, talking to cactus and pudding.

You need to find a diversion for your attention. Take up something new...like learning guitar or writing short stories. By now, you need to realize that life is too short to get angry over the small stuff.

first at all you must see older people, not young, and you must consider life like a road, because i think theres nothing beaty but the thing that we live, im 28, but im preparing myself fo that, i know it will be hurt.
second you must change the way you are living i guess, cos nobody knows you better than you, i you know the solution, you know what kind of activities can change your way to see the world. please do not ask before asking yourself.

you are thinking so much......try to relax and count your blessings. Age is only a number to remind you of your existence but not the way to feel or make your life worth while. Enjoy while you can.
