How do i clean My sims CD ??

My sims CD is scratched and a lil dirty how do i clean it whit out damaging it ?

PS: put it like steps ex:1-....... 2-.........

well if its for a game sytem you need to buy a special cleaner it looks like a cd player it comes with spray and cream depending on what your trying to clean you put it in and it cleans it for you or you could try windex or another glass cleaner and wipe it with a soft fabric also the thing repairs as well

Just wash it with water! -NO SOAP!!
