my mum and husband are both virgos and incedablly lazy and dont have many friends they like to keep to themselves is ths common in virgo's?

That's funny! My husband and my mother are both Virgos, too and to top it off their birthday's are on the same exact day! I have found that with my hubby I have to tell him what to do, because he won't do it on his own. (or at least suggest it, because he won't think of what needs to be done). My mother was not lazy in her youth, but now that she's older and alone she has gotten used to not doing things.

Well, I'm a Virgo and don't consider myself lazy. I am always busy and rarely bored. I am not just a Virgo though, I am human and go through times of needing solitude and quiet. I am selective in my friendships and not very trustful. I was affected by all of the past experiences in life and sometimes this makes me introspective and withdrawn. So, I think a Virgo person, is sometimes overwhelmed by thoughts and ideas, that what may appear to be laziness is actually just a need for time. Time to think our way out of a problem. When we are ready to move, look out because our determination and drive can conquer the world. So, talk to them and see what happens.

NO I am by far one of the busiest people I know. I am a neat freak and work more than most people. Virgo's are not know for beign lazy it is quite the opposite.

Both my boyfriend and I are both Virgos and while neither one of us has a lot of friends, are homebodies, and are very hard workers, he is much neater than I am. I NEED my space to be slightly cluttered and he prefers everything to be in its place. So, no I don't think laziness has anything to do with being a Virgo.

Well I guess you can say that my answer is biased because I am a Virgo. As far as myself, being female, a mother and wife, I tend to do more than I would like. I work part time, volunteer in my children's class, and take care of our house, pets, read, and try to sneak in time for my friends. My mother says I don't know how to relax and I end up scheduling more than I should and that would be my issue. However my step brother is vey laid back and my step dad,both Virgos, don't seem to get too much done.
As far as them not having friends, I like to think of it as having a few close friends. I have lots of friends and acquaintences, but I choose to only have a few select close to me. I have always been like that. Sometimes I think I prefer this since this doesn't make me feel obligated to commit to stuff I really wouldn't like to do. I have a very open personality and that tends to get too much people wanting to spend time with me. I know I should be thankful, but I get overwhelmed. Hope this makes sense and helps.

All the virog's I know are the most organised and least lazy people. Maybe your mother and husband are on the cups of another star sign as well, this is not common Virgo behaviour!!!

i am a virgo...not lazy at all...i choose not to have friends all they do is stab you in the back...now on the other hand i have a few people i talk to once in a great while...so no not all virgos are lazy

My husband is a virgo and while he doesn't have a LOT of friends he's more of a homebody. However, he is not lazy. He's very active in sports and enjoys cleaning house and doing home renovation projects and such.

No. My sister is a virgo and she works 2 jobs to support herself, so she is far from being LAZY!!!

I'm a Virgo, and for all I know, I'm the embodiment of sloth. Some of my Virgo friends aren't that lazy; the rest of them are. :)
