How long does it take for swallowed food go from one's mouth to the stomach.?

How long does it take for a cracker to go from one's mouth untill it reaches the cardiac sphinkter?
Also, how long would it take for water to go from one's mout untill the cardiac sphinkter?

In less than a minute, (from mouth through oesophagus to gut/stomach) but to come out of the system, it takes more than 6 hours.
