Traditionally, Charles will get the crown before William and that's how it should be.
Unless he dies first, or makes a decision not to be king.

In the British Monarchy, there is one ruler. It is impossible to have a pair of people "sharing the crown". God, its actually quite insulting that you would post such an ignorance and racist question.

The rules are the oldest male child gets the crown. If Charles chooses to abdicate in favour of his son that's his choice.
