Following current Super-string Theory, the smallest thing is a string the size of 1 Plank length ( 1.6x10-35 meters, or a 16 preceded by 34 ceros).
It is supposed to be the most basic component of everything and it is indivisible (can't have a half of it since it is the most basic component of everything).

a half of a half of an atom? I know they just did that, LET US ALL HOPE AND PRAY THAT TECHNOLOGY IS NOT USED TO CREATE A NEW BOMB it will kill us all way deadlier then the A BOMB
