Depends on the age of both animals.

If the age is equal, it is Tiger who wins, since Tigers (especially Siberian Tiger) are the biggest of the Feline family. Even the smallest tiger species is equal to the asiatic lion.

they are not tiger are stronger than lions ,with bigger paws .i know .i had a young tiger take a playfull swipe at me
and an old lion a viscious one ,his nails missed my skin but he ripped of half of my jeans in one swipe
