You shouldn't have shaved your neck.
Laser hair removal or electrolysis might be an option. But it takes time.
Shaving and waxing your face would damage your skin. Next time consider threading. Ask the beauty salon if they offer that.
You can't replace your skin.

the only thing i have found, is using veggie oil. yeah the stuff you cook with. if you wash right after you shave, it shouldnt leave you oily, unless you already have oily skin. i know how you feel. i've waxed and plucked and shaved. I finally gave up on everything and just shave. it is faster and doesnt cost that much.

There is a prescription cream called Vaniqua that is working wonders for womens facial hair problems. See if your health insurance carries it and give it a try.

I was considering a chemical peel or laser resurfacing for the same issue. But I have heart its pricey. Good luck sweetie pie.
