Ok i tryed what you said i went to download.com but for some reason it says that i cant get into the page because spyware/adware is blocking it, is there any other way i can i get into the page?

Ok, if you suspect you've got a virus or spyware on your comp, I suggest you go here http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scanners. Select Panda ActiveScan.
Make sure yoiu do a full system scan, i.e. Scan My Computer.
Panda will clean & disinfect anything it finds.
Depending on the results, go back to download.com and try again.
