this season on Phoenix, is being so bad for the trees, the temperatures drooped so the ficus looks dead. What I can do with it?

Scrape a bit of the bark away on the trunk, and if it is green underneath, then the tree is still alive.
Put it in shelter, until spring then give it a gentle prune. Should come back to life again.
If it is brown underneath the bark, then it is dead.
Then throw it away.

If it is still green underneath the outer bark, the ficus is still alive. if not, it is very probably dead. if in a pot, put in warmer place. if not, nothing to be done except cutting away everyting that is dead.
