I'm a 26yr old guy and I weigh about 185lbs and am 6'1. I don't have much time to work out because of work...and also lack of desire to work out.
Anyway, I'm not "fat", but I have a little belly and am looking to quit smoking soon and know you gain weight when you quit. So I'm trying to counter that before I quit. Any success stories? Any good sites to check out? Also, I'm 100% Italian so IF there's possible diet that doesn't eliminate carbs (specifically pasta) that would help, but hey, I'm open.
