It depends on where you are travelling from. From Central London it looks like they start roughly 5.30am. Try the tube website link below and go to timetables. You can put your start station in, and time you want to travel and it will give you all the possibilities from that station.

Afraid it doesn't start as early as 4 am! Shortly after 5 is the earliest you'll get it. Use the journey planner on the TfL website for more info - but note that London has an extremely comprehensive network of night buses which will take you to most places the underground goes when the tube isn't working. Again, the TfL website is what you want.

It depends on the line and the station. Some start at 4am, some start as late as 6:30am. Loads of difference between the two times. Find out from the station you'll be using what their start time is.

It depends on which line you are using (see Transport for London page below), but generally you'd be lucky to get a Tube before 5am

About 4am i think, just check at any tube station.
