I'm doing a personal shopper which I will mostly do groceries shoppping is tha a good and descent price to do that? Tell me what you think. I look foreward to your opinion.

It sounds quite reasonable to me. I assume that this charge includes delivering the groceries to the customer's home? $20 an hour for a relatively unskilled job seems high, but if you factor in the value of delivery as well, it seems fair.

It depends on where you live. Some grocery shoppers charge $15/hour. The best way to find out is to see how much other shoppers are earning and make comparisons.

You should look at it as a % of how much you wil be purchasing. 40. is a lot if you'll be buying $100-$200 of groceries, but reasonable if you are buying $1000 od stuff.
