I know her for a week ... everyday i meet her at office... i really like her .... should i ask her out for a movie or dinner or coffee or what do yu suggest...

Ask her if she wants to get coffee. since you have only known her for a week it would give you a chance to talk and get to know one another. You could even see if she wants to get lunch together.Don't jump into date mode right away because you could scare her off since she is working with you. That would make for tension in the office.

Try to have a break time chat. See if she seems interested in you. She might be overwhelmed at work and hasn't had a chance to take an interest in anyone. If chatting a little here and there works, the try asking about getting coffee. Is there a coffee place by work that is close? This way you could get to know her and once she is comfortable spending a little time talking with you, she might consider lunch later on. A movie or dinner might seem to forward or pushy. Coffee and a little chat is safer. Besides you might find that there is something you don't like about her.

If you work with her ask her for lunch first. See how things go. If you talk more about work then your lives it isnt going to work and there isnt any reason to ask her to dinner or movie. If it goes well then go the next step.

Have you thought mabey she might feel a little uncomfortable having an inter office relationship within a week of what,getting hired or transfering positions ?Intro duece yourself to her,try to remember her name,ask her about her interests.Yeah I`m telling you what to do, yet my pathetic *** cant even laid dammit.
