ok, when I saw the first time with my bro he said that the really bad one was the blonde chik and I tild him he was stupid. But I saw it again, and in the end she is in Sebastian's car and has this evil smile with his glasses and has his diary on the side like a trophy. SO It got me thinking, was she the bad one tha tin the end used Sebastian as a trophy because she was able to make him fall in love?

The girl who was Buffy (the brunette) was the bad one from beginning to end...she was the one who orchestrated everyone to do whatever they did during the movie. She's bad because she never learnt her lesson. Reese Witherspoon (the blonde one) was naive and 'good' in the beginning but learnt to be less naive and more street smart. Ultimately she learnt that one cannot expect to go through life without being a little bit of bad *** once in a while.

Kathryn leaves to deliver her eulogy. During her speech she lies about her high morals and her compassion for her stepbrother, but halfway through her eulogy she is interrupted by several people walking out from the funeral service. More and more people begin leaving. Unnerved, Kathryn angrily storms outside to see what's going on. The moment she steps outside, she is greeted to the sight of crowds of students and faculty reading photocopies of Sebastian's journal, appropriately titled "Cruel Intentions." It is then revealed that Sebastian's journal has been copied and handed out to every person attending the funeral, destroying Kathryn's reputation and finally exposing her true colors to the entire community. She is handed a copy by Cecile, and starts crying upon reading its contents. The headmaster approaches Kathryn and pulls apart her crucifix, revealing the cocaine hidden inside and furthering Kathryn's ruin.
The last scene shows Annette driving away in Sebastian's Jaguar with the original journal on the passenger seat, ending the film on a bittersweet note and suggesting that it was she who distributed the photocopies.
I liked this movie I would say that Annette was the bad one in my opinion.

OK, there were two blonde chicks in the movie : One, Sarah Michelle Gellar (w/o Freddie Prinze Jr.)- who was the baddie coz she used to use Sebastian to woo girls for her own selfish reasons. The other blonde chick : Reese Witherspoon (Sebastian ie. Ryan Phillippe's ex-wife) was the one in the last scene in the car and was the good sirl. Sebastian falls in love with her under a bet. After he dies, she publishes his diary to expose his step-sister.

She may have made him fall in love but it wasn't for a dare, bet, etc. She wasn't a bad girl, really, especially compared to Sebastian's stepsister.
