Recently whenever it rains or snows my car has been stalling. It dies for approximately 8-10 minutes then will start back up. At this time it will run for about 3-5 minutes and die again. Then, finally will start back up and stay running. This is happening when it rains.. or last time.. after a snow shower. Im guessing im getting moister somewhere...but where? And how can i fix it.

Check two places: air cleaner; see if it is wet, if so, you need to change how it is getting air.
check the distributor: it is getting wet somehow, you might need to get a rubber cover to put over the top of it. Typical in older cars...

First off what kind of car, year, model, make, etc. If its an older car, water can get just about anywhere.... i would assume that it has something to do with your electrical system by what youve described but we need more info to know for sure which part, i would first off check the battery to see if thats getting wet somehow and that its shorting out, if so dry it off it could be any part of your electrics tho so you need to give more information about how the car stalls, does it sound like its not getting gas, or does it just shut off your radio lights and everything as well

If you have an older car the most likely culprit is a cracked distributor cap letting moisture in and short circuiting the firing timing.

Could be something as simple as a hole in the gas tank letting in water. This water makes life miserable for the engine.
