Are you referring to the amount of milk you are producing?
If so, there are a lot of ways to increase your milk supply. I put some links at the bottom for you, but here is a brief overview:
1) get more rest
2) drink more fluids
3) eliminate (or reduce at least!) stress
4) nurse on demand
5) don't give bottles or pacifiers (only possible if you're able to nurse and not away from your baby, of course)
6) take warm showers
7) breast compressions
8) ensure baby is emptying breast at each feeding
9) try herbal supplements, like Fenugreek, Mother's Milk Tea, or Milk Thistle
You can find the reasons or methods behind each of these points in the links below.
I put a link at the bottom suggesting some of the reasons why you might be suffering from a decreased milk supply. At nine months, I think the most likely might be a growth spurt or introduction to solids.
Nine months is one of the ages that babies typically go through growth spurts. If you are pumping and giving the milk to your baby, your body doesn't know that your baby needs more milk thank usual, and your baby might still be hungry after eating whatever he or she usually eats. You may have to dip into your freezer reserve or try to get the baby on the breast to stimulate more milk production. Just like all the other growth spurts your baby already went through, this one should only last a few days to a week before your baby returns to previous eating habits.
If you are giving your baby solids, then your baby is not nursing as often and your body is then producing less milk.
I hope that helps. Feel free to email me with any more questions; I have a lot of resources I can share with you if you need them. Good luck and congratulations on breastfeeding this long!

At 9mo, your baby is probobly nursing less often and maybe even not at all during the night. Your body, at this stage especially, will make only what your baby takes.
Can I ask, what is making you think your supply is decreasing? If you're pumping and seeing less, this is NOT a good indicator of supply.
***DON'T SUPPLEMENT WITH FORMULA!!!!!.....unless you're wanting to wean. ANYTHING your baby receives other then Momma's milk will affect your supply.

Breastmilk is made by demand. If you want to increase the amount of your supply, you need to nurse more often, or to pump between nursing sessions.

Pump in between feedings and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. At some point, women's milk production usually slows and they have to formula suppliment. This may be your time, but try these things first.
