Some Grocery stores that I have gone to have 'maps' on where to find certain products down which aisle... Why not have something like that printed out in Spanish and have them available at the door?

Spanish is very easy for English-speakers to learn, but it isn't the other way around because English has borrowed words from the Latin root. Otherwise, it's Germanic through and through, and that explains the difficulties most Spanish speakers have with the language--it's harder to learn languages unrelated to yours. In this case, it would be easier, cheaper and of course would look great on a resume for you to learn Spanish. That part helps you out in the long run ;)

Put up signs in the store telling them in their language where they can go to learn English. I know this sounds sarcastic but it is not. This way they will know where to go and in the long run make life easier for them. The only other recourse is to learn Spanish yourself and that is Okay too but I think the old saying goes, When in Rome do as the Romans do.

Look her in the eyes read her expressions. Some Hispanic words are close to ours. It would be helpful if you looked up a few grocery items in Hispanic language. That would be above and beyond the call of duty. But you will be rewarded! You are a nice person for trying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be hepling you to. We can always stand to learn something new it stretches & exercises our minds.

It should not matter if she is hispanic or not.
If she is in this country legally she should know at least enough English to be able to pronounce foods.
If she isn't ask her to produce her Green Card or call the immigration authorities.

You could use the store flier and let her show you what she is looking for and tell her the aisle number it is on.(if she were looking for a sale item anyway) I would assume you know some basic spanish.

Why do you keep repeating the same question over and over, just changing the nationalities around?
