Definetly, sometimes i am much more comfortable being sad and low. But it should only be short term really. When you know you have a reason to be sad and theres nothing you can do about it, then it can feel comfortable.
If your sad, why?

Yes. When a loved one dies you need to get over it. It's called mourning.
And when other things get on you, then curl up on the settee and have a good mope, preferably in private. Go kick the dustbins when things get on top of you.
Then forget it.
Giz a smile!
