How can i find a free popup blocker? it says i have spyware/adware what can i do to fix this?

One of the best free spy-ware programs is ad-ware. it is free just goole adware and follow their directions.
Or if you want to buy protection look at Norton's, or Mcaffee. buy their total protection if u are already spending money

just download load the yahoo toolbar it has a pop-up blocker
