maxim is probably edited by whites so therefore they will naturally choose white women, whereas a black magazine would choose mainly them...the world is and always will be rascist because foreigners find it hard to accept the rules and regulations of another country, if everyone lived in there own countries this would solve it, but it aint gonna happen !

By your own words you show you're racist as well and yet you still throw stones in a glass home (your words "...2 blacks on that list and they wasnt 100%" and "black girls sexier than those skinny white woman")? I'm amazed no one called you out directly on it (since it seems Whites are Politically Correct targets) but Maxim submits lists, allow it's viewers to suggest some women, and have their viewers vote on whom they like and how it ranks. It's natural for people to pick their own over others (Whites are usually more educated, than Blacks {just like how Black women are 4 more times more likely to have a degree than a Black man as a statement of fact} which can be proven over and over by DoE's website so will have a higher chance of subscribing to magazines therefore a White bias) otherwise how can a person claim to have pride in their race if they aren't willing enough to study and appreciate their accomplishments?
Let's delve further into your bigotry though, you seemed to lack speaking out about the representation of Orientals vs the world population representation, those of Asiatic Indians as well, or even those of Americas (North, Central, and South) Indians as well when added together easily represents over 50% of the world population easily as well but not represented to such proportions in that magazine. Personally I could care less (I'm biracial White/Oriental), celebrity only makes a person public and they may not be beautiful people in real life without the professional photography involved, photo touch ups, and computer enhancements as well. I've seen local women and when traveling women in other countries that would make you forget about those celebrities as well (enough so that it'd squeeze out those 100). My advice to you is to buy a magazine that caters more to your taste and let the freedom of the press stay that way, don't watch their shows, don't buy their magazines, and if you view it write into those companies who advertise to voice your opinion will be more effective than coming to this website to complain. Keep in mind that Maxim takes their viewers votes so it seems you most likely were out voted in your opinion, right or wrong.

i hate racism. people are stupid to judge based on skin colors. on the other hand, i can't stand those overly sensitive who always think that they are discriminated because of their race when being treated what they feel not in a good way but the fact is that people are just reacting to what they did instead of who they are.
when i get to know a person, i gradually forget his nationality, race and even gender. i just see him as an individual, a friend. i never force myself to do it. it just happens naturally. i believe you have the same experience.
one day, when we don't hear "racist", "racism", "white", "black", "colored", "discrimination", and similar words and phrases anymore, when we see fewer and fewer race-related questions in Yahoo! Answers, and when fewer and fewer people tell others to see no colors and treat a person as an individual because these have become deeply rooted in our mind like queuing at a bus stop, we are really living in a global village. i'm looking forward to that.

just because those women werent chosen this time around or at all, doesnt mean to you they are not attractive, i wouldnt refer to it as racist so much so as a certain race that is choosing the finalists
I am a 20yo white male who doesnt really find black women attractive but i do think christina milian is fine az, not so much alicia keys but yeah as much as beyonce and that may be good lookin women they jus arent to my taste..
and so the people who chose this top 100 i'd say were mostly white, althought black men luv white women...
although i think paris hilton is gross and disgustingly skinny so what would i know....

At least there were 2, they used to exclude anyone that wasn't young and blonde.
Racism by definition excludes people based on things they cannot change about themselves (skin color, place of origin, etc.)
Maxim and other magazines continue that tradition by excluding everyone that does not fit with their idea of beauty. Not only theirs but their advertisers; since showcasing the "wrong model" means that magazines would not sell.
Thye have become so set in their ideas of beauty, they have excluded even normal sized white girls; it shows no imagination on their part.
Take heart, you don't have to be so limited in your choices. Women want to be appreciated for their brand of beauty no matter the color.

The assumption that racist views were in effect in such a case is racist in itself. You are saying that there is reason for someone to commit such an act. You are justifying the outcome of the list with racist values.
The people who came up with that list probably weren't thinking about the racial backgrounds of the contenders. It just happens that there are only two black people on that list.

Its all about advertising. Who has the most money ?Who owns the media ? Whites. why would the media praise someone else more than themselves? Then we would have no way to compare and decide who is better than who.

Screw Maxim. Black models have so many magazines (King, XXL, Black Men and a bunch I can't recall) so we really can't scream racism about this.
