i just took a home pregnancy test, and it came back positive, well kinda, there were two pink lines; one faint one dark; it was a first responce...i was woundering if anyone knew if something you eat or drink could make a pregnancy test come out positive? Or if you had sex like a week or two ago! My hunny was saying that he thought that he thought that it could be just the egg dropped but the sperm and egg met too late, and that is y it came back positive!?!? What do you think? please help?!?!

I have taken 3 tests all together and the first one was negative, and the next two were posittive! But i'm suppost to get my period on the 28 should i just wait?

A positive is a positive. Really the only time you can get a false positive is if you are taking some certain meds for fertility. A false negative though is always possible. Those happen because its still early. So once you get a positive on any test, that means you are pregnant. Nothing you eat or drink messes up anything.

Usually a faint line means pregnant. I took like five tests to make sure i was pregnant and they all had a faint line. First Response is usually a good test. You can try one of the digital tests that says pregnant or not pregnant or you can wait and take another one in a few days and if it has a faint line you should probably consider yourself pregnant and call your doctor.

There is nothing you could eat or drink that could make a test positive . I would test again tomorrow. Two lines again means you are pregnant.
