We are having trouble proving that we are sending $ to a particular party - that they are receiving it. Is there any way you can send $ w/ receipt?

Money-Order from the Banks, Post-offices, Money-mart- receive receipt or No. where you sent money, Personal cheque, Bank-Statement, Personal Receipt proof, written letter and sighened with date,amount,signature both the parties, all the details. keep all the Account, transaction No and details.

Yes, next time send payment in to form of a money order, or personal check, then you have proof of payment.

If you use a check the canceled check is your proof of receipt.
