I am not familiar with this area, but in my opinion, if it is your dream to be a cardiovascular technician, then i feel you should go after it in other areas if it is not available to you where you are. Part of having a dream, is not to be afraid of the unknown and having guts enough to make it happen. So don't think about if there will or will not be a job for you. Think about the fact that there is no possiblity that there WILL NOT be a job for you, BECAUSE YOU WANT IT THAT BADLY. Besides that,, you may find that there is a better life for you somewhere else, and you deserve to live the life you want. good luck.

That's a detail oriented field...so you must likewise be detail oriented too. Just reading your question, I can say off the bat, I won't be hiring you. Can you guess why?
Practice, pay attention to details. Get an internship in the appropriate field...you have but a year to go...so saddle up...go...and aim to leave your potential competitions eating your dust.
