yes u can make friends on the net not on sites, but be careful to make right friends as many people use fake id's with fake information n can make u fool
n one more thing dont get too much involve with ur net friend,

but be careful cause there are a lot of bad people here. I'm 12 and I understand to never give outany info on where you live.

i think we can. especially if u find that one person who answers ur question the best. someone can offer to keep in touch. and depending on the question u might have to "talk" more than normal and build a friendship on that. it might work. always worth a shot even if it dont happen u tried and so move on to the next.
