Here are the universities offering BioTechnology degree programs based on input I got from BigStudent.
Iowa State University (http://www.biotech.iastate.edu)
University of Maryland (http://www.umbi.umd.edu)
University of Minnesota
Duquesne University (http://www.science.duq.edu/biotech)
East Stroudsburg University (http://www3.esu.edu/academics/biotech.asp)
University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign(http://www.biotechnology.uiuc.edu/about/about.asp)
Purdue Univ (http://www.agriculture.purdue.edu/agbiotech)
Virginia Tech (http://www.isb.vt.edu)

I know that Biomedical Engineering universities are listed on http://BigStudent.com. You have to go to each university and see if Biomedical Engineering department is listed in their list of departments. Since I do provide some expertise on their content, I will see if they have any plans to uploaded BioTechnology content if thats different from Biomedical Engg.
