I dont do it when im sick only when i feel fine so there are no germs 2 spread!!!!!

Even tho you feel fine, you are still spreading fecal matter bacteria around. Wash your hands, most states it is posted that it is mandatory. You not only are putting your job on the line, but everyone that eats in that restaurant, their health is in danger.

Germs cannot be seen with the naked eye. Warmth and moisture (perspiration) on skin surfaces allow germs to quickly grow into millions.

That's disgusting, and NOOOOO it's not o.k. You should always wash your hands after a trip to the bathroom, or touching anything which can spread germs. I don't know who's worse, you or your boss for accepting this behaviour and not firing your ***. You should not be working in the food industry, or anywhere else that you touch something without wearing rubber gloves first.

Call your local health department and see what they say about it and then call your boss's boss and have him fired. Or do you think it's ok to eat in a restaurant where people are doing the same thing you are doing when it's you who is ordering the food

I suppose it's OK if you don't wipe the fecal residue from your anus -- and I realize there are those occasions when a "movement" can slip out clean -- but, generally, if you don't then you're likely to attract flies and cause those near you to wonder what kind of upbringing you had. Didn't your parents teach you to wash your hands after going potty--restaurant job or not?

no i work in a resturaunt also WASH YOUR HANDS i care about the customers and the food i deal with wash you hands after everything come on now !!!!!!!! dont you care about germs you could be spreading? i'm wondering how you even got a job there i should contact your boss... you the reason that gives some resturaunts bad names that's just not right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
